Currently, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and my babies are still breech. The babies estimated weights are 4lbs 5 oz and 4lbs 15 oz as of today. I wanted to know if anyone has had their babies turn after being so far along? Thanks for any responses.

My Baby A was always head down but Baby B switched from breech to head-down to breech again between 31-33 weeks.

Dax was still flipping up and down at 40 weeks but he was also only one baby. :)

You may want to visit spinningbabies.com and see if you would like to follow any of the tips to get babies to flip. Good luck!

my baby a has been head down as well, but my baby b keeps flipping from transverse to head down back to transverse. her latest maneuver was at 35 weeks. i've read somewhere that most twins will be in "position" by 34, so you still have a few weeks. My advice, prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

my baby A went from vertex to transverse at 34 weeks...not the right direction, but it does illustrate that they might turn. My baby B was transverse/breech the whole pg....he just liked being up near momma's heart... I'd start accepting that you will have a c/s..and if you are pleasantly surprised all the better!

For me both of mine are head down. A friend of mine, their baby was still breech at 36 weeks. She tried some advice that was given to her and it worked. Now whether is was the method or just the baby i so not know but you can give it a try...got nothing to lose :) She was on hands and knees and rocked back and forth for a bit every day and she believes that this did the trick.

    Good luck!!!!

Thanks for all the responses. I've tried a few things and got baby b to turn once. But he loves being by his sister and will only stay put for a day or so and go right back to being head to head with her. We have tried many things, like the flash light, hands and knees. I know if she turns she will just stay and he will follow. I'm going to keep trying, thanks for the encouragement.

I'll let you know it is possible for them to keep flipping until they are on the way out the exit. My boys were tranverse the week before my scheduled induction, so it was switched to a c/s. Literally 2 days before my c/s they had flipped back to head down and we switched back to an induction. They came in before they started the induction just to make sure they didn't decide to flip around again. I delivered at 36wk 6days.
