Okay, i hate to complain, but I need to today.

Things with my angels are getting harder!!
They are into everything, and I mean Everything!!

Top it off, they both have colds (we made it a whole year beiing healthy) and are cranky as he**.

Have any of you who have reached the 1st year mark still suffer from sleep deprivation? I wake up every morning feeling like total crap.

They only get up 1x in the night for a bottle, but for some reason, it is affecting me. (Unless it is the cup of coffee I get every afternoon at Dunkin Donuts which has become an enjoyable ritual/habit and a way of getting out of house for a ride each day)

I don't know. Sometimes I feel like I'm spinning my wheels. I mean, it's all about taking care of them and doing housework. Day in, day out.
To top it off, my stomach still looks terrible. and I've been doing some exercising and trying to watch what I eat. but to no avail. i want to get a tummy tuck, but we just can't afford it.

Thanks for listening. I feel tired, irratable, and under-appreciated. I know DH works hard too. I just want to have something fun to look forward to.

:hug99: s, vent away! I think we all feel like you do at some time or another. Do something for yourself, even if it's something small. :hug99:

I totally feel ya sister! :hug99:
Just this morning, they decided to wake up at 4:45am! WTH? I know they weren't ready to wake up and if there was only one baby instead of 2, I probably could have gotten them back to sleep...but ya can't rock 2 crying babies.

Feel free to let it all out...that is what we are hear for!!

Just last week I told him that exact thing. Last Thurs. I told him I need something to look forward to. So instead of staying home that next Sunday or going to BRU or Target as our family outing for the day, we decided to go to the city which is just 30 min away. We brought lunches and just walked by the lake. The days prior, it was so nice knowing that this fun day was ahead!

That is a nice idea. Maybe we will follow suit over the weekend....

I know how you feel, My DH said that he was doing me a favor coming home and wathcing them so I could go do some work. I am so frustrated right now that I can't stand it. I love my girls to death but I just need a break once and a while and to top it off, I mentioned something about mother's day and my DH said that we have to do something special for his mom because it is so improtant to her. He sorta of forgot that I am a mother too. oooppppssss. Oh well. Sorry for being so negative.

I feel like my fuse is a little short these days, too. I don't get it. The weather is looking up and we've been getting out more. I think the independence they are asserting is part of it. My DS SCREAMS now - and I know he's just learning how to use his voice, but it's piercing. DD's separation anxiety and teething is peaking. Plus, I'm trying to eliminate bottles and formula which is going, but could be better.

Sorry to hijack, but I could have written your post today - minus the sickness. :(
