Ok. So I went to take the girls for their 9 mo checkup yesturday morning. The nurse ROCKS! She is so nice! But anyway, she always gives me bags of free formula samples when I go. This time, however, she tells me that she found out that moms of multiples can get free similac. She wasn't sure how much, etc... But she gave me the reps name & ph # that she deals with. So I called her up. Sure enough, it's true. The nurse had given me a "Multiple Birth Referral Form" from Ross Pediatrics. Now Ross Pediatrics is not the name of my Ped's office. But whatever.

Call your Ped's office & ask them about this. If they do not know, ask if you can get the name & ph # of their Similac Rep so you can find out for yourself. When I spoke to my ped Similac rep, she told me if I would fill out this form (one sheet) & mail it to the address listed, they would ship me two cases of Similac. An est value of $450.

The company name that I mail it to is : Ross Consumer Relations, Dept 107089, 625 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, OH, 43215-9542.

They do not except copies of this form or I would just make tons of copies & mail them out to you. But anyway, I hope this helps! Formula costs so much!

Let me know if you have any question!

Just in case anyone was wondering, Ross is the company that actually makes Similac. They are really good about helping out families.

will they just send the normal Similac Advance or can you get Alimentum? (even ONE case of that stuff would rock my world!)

I would talk to your pedi office and see if they will give you the name of the rep. that calls on them. Depending on all sorts of factors (that I'm not sure what they are) they may or may not. But I can tell you that they are one of the best places to work in Columbus, Ohio, because they are very family friendly for their employees. (I'm not one, but a good friend is.) If you go through your pedi. office and the local sales rep., you will probably have a better chance of getting what you are asking for.

I also wanted to add that Enfamil will do the same thing. I am waiting on my 2 cases now. :)

They gave me this form when I was in the hospital. I filled it out and I got my two cases of the ready made similac.

Marissa, on the form I had (I assume it's the same one) you mark which formula you actually use. I can't see why they wouldn't send you Alimentum.
