Caigan for a girl?

    hi, just wondering what you all thought of the name caigan pronounced kay - gan, and also would apprec any middle name suggestions.

    My son's name is Kahgan (pronounced Kay-gan) don't ask me why I put the h in there, I must have still been on meds at the time. :blush: I love your spelling of it and I think it would be a good name for a girl, not far off from the name Kaylin.

    Unique. I kinda like it though. Maybe Cayghan looks a little more feminine than the way you have it spelled for those who say too boyish.

    I LOVE it for a girl!!! It also looks more feminine with the H in it as well!!

    I love it too....our waitress yesterday is getting a granddaughter and that is going to be her name too! I just thought it was odd to hear it twice in a day! LOL :rolleyes:

    and yes i love reece as a middle name to, i'm a fan of reece witherspoon.

    Sorry, don't like it (I would never say that, except that you asked :) ) I guess I just like more traditional names that sound like names to me. I also don't like the trend towards these androgynous names - I feel like you should be able to tell a boy from a girl from the name.

    Just an opinion . . . I think the most important thing is that YOU (well, your DH too) like the name you choose.
