C-Section scheduled next Wednesday @ 35 weeks

My Doctor scheduled a c-section for next Wednesday! It will take place sometime after lunch. They have decided to go ahead and take the girls because one is lagging behind on her growth. At 33 weeks she was 3lbs and 5 oz and her sister was 4lbs and 13 oz. The little one is about 2 1.2 weeks behind her sister. They think she will do better and gain weight quicker on the outside. I've been drinking protein shakes and trying to eat alot-healthy of course hoping I can beef her up a bit before the c section. Am also doing NST twice weekly and so far so good. Neither baby is under any stress at ALL. I'm very nervous about it all but am putting it all in God's hands. I know he will take care of us!! I will let you all know how everything turns out!!

Hi ladies....Its been a couple of weeks since i last posted but i wanted to let you know that my twins arrived at 35 weeks. one was 5lbs 3 oz and one was 4lbs and 4 oz. So....their wasn't as much weight difference as my peri expected. The small one spent 12 days in the nicu but is finally home now. she had amniotic fluid in her lungs which led to several comlications. she had to take antibiotics and her bp went up. she was on dopamine for the bp for a couple of days. she also had some feeding issues but that is now resolved. i love them so much and am do thankful they are here. good luck to all of you expecting mothers!!
