Buttons, Buttons, Buttons!

Why oh why do they like pushing buttons on the TV. I am going NUTS.. I did the Tape thing (Thanks to that suggestion) And that kept it off for quite a while. But then DD1 took the tape offf and they discovered the TV had buttons. <_<
I used one of those Plastic covers when DD was little and it didnt keep her away she just went around it..

Any suggestions?

 

Nope, same problem here with DS. I think that my DH watches too much tv (football is on our tv ALL weekend) and it is really funny because DD will run over and turn it off. She does not play with the buttons the way DS does, she simply does not want the tv on when we are supposed to be playing with her. I love it because DH gets frustrated but DD is so persistent that he has to stop watching!

 

We had to re-tape many times.... but 13 mos.... you are hosed. You'll have to put a gate in front of it or something....I don't know!!

 

Can you get a gate to put around it? Like a superyard or something?

I positioned my furniture so I had pieces on either side of the entertainment center, put a gate in the middle of those, and then the ottoman in front of the gate so they couldn't pull it down. It worked out SO well!!
