    Hi all,

I've been checking out double strollers and am really interested in the Bumbleride Indie Twin, however there are no retailers in Colorado that carry them. Does anyone have one? Any opinions? Just trying to find out all I can before making such a big purchase sight unseen.

    Thanks, Anne.

We have one and love it! It is super easy to maneuver and looks great. It is also a snap to fold and not that heavy. I don't use it for jogging but the front wheels can be locked if you do plan on using it for jogging. I would definitely recommend it!

we have one to..i love it! we didn't venture out often this winter, but it was a lifesaver, it was not afraid of snow lol. It doesn't fit in our current car's trunk, but that's because i refuse to upgrade said car (small-ish hatchback). I originally went for it, as it was one of the few that offered basinette as an option (which i wanted, as didn't want babies in their carseats all the time), but to be honest i hardly used them :s. The only thing i can think of is that (someone correct me if i'm wrong) you can only use it with 1 car seat if you are intending to do so (they only provide one car seat adapter anyways).

I also have the indie twin and love it! There is only an option to use one carseat with it. I never used that option, just put the babies directly it. The seats recline pretty much flat, so I was able to use it with the babies at a very young age that way. I had a double snap n go that I used probably 3 or 4 times when I knew I wouldn't want to get both babies out of their carseat. I really don't have any complaints about it. Mine are 18 mnonths old now and super cozy in it! They have tons of room left to grow, but it isn't too much stroller for tiny babies either. I do use mine to run with some, but the wheels definitely have to be locked or it wobbles some. It fits through pretty much any doors (since it's not supposed to be any wider than a wheelchair). It's also super easy to fold and unfold (after the figure it out). I truly don't see how you'd be disappointed with it! There doesn't seem to be too many people with them and I get a ton of compliments on it. They are so pretty!! I actually ended up ordering a brand new one off of ebay rather than a retailer and saved a little over $100 that way. Just something to consider.

I have one! I live in VA and it is wonderful for shopping/taking the kids out and about in. I have a BOB for walks around the neighborhood but the indie twin for places where there isn't a lot of room. I also take it into the city with me and it goes on the metro no issues. I also didn't use the car seat adapter, I just laid the seats flat (still do for naps). I think it was a great investment because I love being able to steer 1 handed, through a crowd while holding my 5 year old's hand.

Does anyone know the differences between the 2009 & the 2010?

There are quite a few differences between 2009 and 2010. I'm looking into them myself, and found a good video on babygizmo.com that gives a review and shows all the changes. babygizmo.com Hope that helps!
