I found out today (34 weeks) that my little guy is breech. (more so diagonul rather than up and down). Was curious if anybody had a successful story of flipping or any advice on how to go about flipping the baby. I am shooting for a Vbac and a breech baby does not qualify for one.

Oh, that stinks. All I can say is that my twins both were flipping at 35 + weeks, so there's still time for your little one to do that, too. I've heard of some exercises you can try. I read them in Henci Goer's The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth. I can't put my hand on it, now, but head to the library or book store and see if you can find a copy.

My SIL had a version (is that spelled right?) at 34 weeks and had a vaginal delivery, with no meds!

Also--you can look at yoga or chiropractry (sp?) to ensure your hips are balanced and nice and open.

Mine was breech vaginal! (oops, would have had a c/s but she was in a hurry!) (not a VBAC)

E was turned head down at about 32 weeks. The nurse there said that the midwives would recommend having pleasent music playing 'down there' and an ice pack or peas sitting under your breasts. Good luck!
