This may be a stupid question but Baby A has been breach for over a month now and Baby B transverse (heads next to each other) and I was wondering if in the last trimester they can still turn to avoid the c~section? Anyone in the last trimester have this issue. I am praying for a natural birth but the babies seem very content the way they are laying.

I heard they can move all the way up till you go into labor. Both mine are head down and im 27 weeks, i heard that could change too. Good luck getting then head down. Most doctors will deliver vag if baby a is head down

My babies are in the exact same position as yours. I waited and waited, and I'm sorry to say they still haven't flipped. My little girl, baby A, isn't growing well now, and she is significantly smaller than her brother, so my OB wants to do a c-section no matter what now. I was like you though, very hopeful for a v-birth. I had started a thread a while ago on this exact same topic. I did receive responses of babies flipping up through the mid-30's week. There is still hope that your little ones will flip!

Mine "had" been laying similar to yours, except baby A was vertex and baby B was transverse (with her butt in her bro's face!), and I'm 99% certain she's flipped, to a breech position. I no longer feel her little noggin sticking out the left side of my stomach, but I feel two hard up/down bodies side by side. I am guessing her head is up because when Liam gets the hiccups I feel it down low (and he's been head down for quite sometime) and when Rylee gets the hiccups I feel them up high, plus I feel liam's movement down low (I believe he only has room to move his hands), and rylee's is up high.

I won't know this for sure for 2 more weeks at my next u/s, but I do think she flipped in the last couple weeks, and I'm 34 wks 3 days. I do not think the could possible flip completely around anymore tho, I am really big and really full, and I would definetly be hurting if they tried to flip around! :)

mine were both head down at 28w and I was very excited, thinking they were going to stay put. at 281d, B flipped (oh so painful, it sent me to L&D) and has been transverse/breech for the past 5 weeks. the bigger he gets the more breech he gets. i have an US tomorrow to confirm that he hasn't moved, i'm sure he hasn't because the flipping in utero was very obvious and painful. i'm not giving up hope, but i'm going to go ahead and schedule my c-sec so i can start planning for it.

Mine did the exact opposite at around 27 weeks. Baby A was vertex and Baby B breech and then Baby B switched from breech to vertex and boy that did hurt!!! I could totally feel it. I can't imagine them moving now at 32 weeks but I will be having a c/s anyway due to complete placenta previa.

We are in the same position. Baby A is breech and Baby B is transverse. I am hoping I can get them to turn soon as I really want a VBAC. I might even consider trying a chiropractor. Good luck to all of us!

Mine stayed Baby A breech and Baby B transverse from 26 weeks until the scheduled c-section at 37w3d. I was hopeful until the end, went to Chiropractor, tried www.spinningbabies.com, but nothing happened. I even made them do an u/s a few days before. I hope yours turn. I was sad about the c-section, but in the end it all went great.

I really hope mine will turn! Baby A is breech, and B is transverse...UUGGHH! I really don't want a C-sec. It terrifies me! I'm almost 32 weeks though, so I'm thinking it's not looking very good.

I am in the exact same boat. Baby A breech and Baby B transverse - heads together. I am 34 weeks tomorrow and OB says anything is possible but every week down it becomes more unlikely. It is hard to do those exercises - makes my back sore. At over 4.5 lbs a piece, feeling less and less likely. I wanted a vaginal birth - very bummed, but I am preparing mentally for a c-section.
