Just wondering, how much bounce houses charge to rent them for a party. We are almost finished with the kids birthdays, but just thinking for in the future.

If you did rent one, did you feel it was worth the money? TIA

We wanted to rent one for the kids party and around here it was $395 for 20x20 and that didn't include attendants PLUS I had to clean it. So we opted to not get it, maybe when they're older. :pardon: It seems like alot of money, especially when there are places you can go to have their parties there.

We were going to rent one for their 3rd birthday, but I believe it would've cost around $100+. We decided to split the cost and buy a new one to share between our family and my sister's. I'm so glad we did. We definitely are getting our money's worth. We've used it about 4 times in the last month and it's nice that we don't have to worry about cleaning a rental. It is VERY easy to set up and take down. The best part is that you roll it up like a sleeping bag and it has its own storing bag which is about 2'x3' or so.

    Wow! That is super expensive!!

My good friend just rented one for her sons 3rd birthday and she got it for 8 hours for $75. I'm not sure if she had to clean it or what not, but that sounded like a good deal to me!

we get ours from a website called jumpforfun.com and honestly we probably pay a little over $60 i think. Their bouncers are nice too, but i'm still in shock from your price Liz.... $395?!?! I don't blame you.

I looked into renting one here once, and it was around $200 +, prices going up by how big it was and also what style you choose. They have disney character ones and all that.

I actually purchased a small (7'x7') one for the twins second birthday last year for only $100. I thought that was a good deal because we could use it for a long time (even if just a year or two is worth it) compared to twice as much money for a ONE time use.

Liz :woah: that's NUTTY!!! I guess you were paying people's salaries for that price!! And cleaning? Uh...I think NOT! :nea:

We haven't done it. We got a big one for a group party once that everyone pitched in for, but I don't know what the final cost was. I am going to check out Jumpforfun.com!

DH and I are thinking about buying one ... the kids LOVE them ... and we've seen them for like $150-$250 (some TONS higher, but that's the range we are looking in) ... so I would maybe looking into buying one if it's going to cost like half that to rent it ...

We got a 12X12 for the twins' last b-day party for $90 per 8 hours. It was a hit and we are definitely doing it again this year. We got ours from www.affordabounce.com.

They are usually 80-100 to rent around here. 150-200 for the big ones with a slide. We bought a 10x12 bouncehouse for DS 1 second birthday. We still use it all the time and was well worht it.

We bought a smaller one for the kids for their 2nd birthday and it was the best thing we could have done. They are now almost 4 and they still love it. We store it away for most of the time and then we'll bring it out for a few weeks at a time in the living room. Ours cost $50 and it was well worth the cost! It comes with blow-up spears and ball-pit balls to push through the walls. Tons of fun and my kids think it is even more fun than the super big ones that we use on special occasions (like party places and carnivals).

That what we are doing for the twins' 3rd birthday in September. I have the coupon as well too!
