My boys were mostly BF, not bottle fed, but we still went through a weaning process, so I figured my input might still be helpful. :) I have heard that, in general, the morning and evening feeds are the hardest to drop. Those were the last to drop for us, as well. Unless your mid-day feed is associated with something particularly important to your little ones, I'd vote for dropping that one, because often babies enjoy the winding-down with an evening bottle, and the comfort of having a bottle as a familiar way to start the day. I hope that it's an easy transition for you!

(FYI, if you have a chance, you might want to update your ticker... I'm not sure exactly how old your little ones are. :D )

We just dropped the afternoon bottle yesterday. It is now a snack - small piece of fruit/crackers, etc. My daughter is nearly 3 and still loves her warm milk before bed so we won't be dropping that one. Their morning bottle kind of lasts them a couple of hours before during and after breakfast!

I dropped the afternoon one first. Instead of bottle, they get a cup of milk with a snack. Good luck!

I also dropped the afternoon first. They get a snack instead. We just dropped the morning bottle this week and next week will be the bedtime bottle. Good luck!

We were doing 4 bottles when we started to drop. We dropped the middle two at the same time and just started offering sippy cups of milk with all meals and snacks. A week or so later we dropped the morning bottle. Those transitions went so well that we dropped the night time bottle a couple days after that. It really went smoothly for us. Hopefully it will go smoothly for you too. Good luck.
