Boring update (YEA)

Hi all in TS land; my DH and I decided to go get one of those 4-d U/S yesterday… I cut and pasted the general email update I sent to family/friends, but if you want to skip the update look at the bottom of the post, there is our family site where we have u/s pics and so far one video up (I think DH is still working on putting up another video as I type). The U/S didn’t turn out so great… but I didn’t have high expectations any ways…

[SIZE=12pt]Hi all (again),
I wanted to send out my update… this one is boring (yea) as nothing too new… the twins are still big for their gestation, one twin is 1oz bigger than the other… but he always has been a day or two behind his brother… so it’s not something to worry about (YET)… also the smaller one is the dancing one so I just think he is burning more calories… We had a Dr Appointment yesterday and all is good… they said see ya in 2 week.

Randy and I also decided to get one of those 4-d ultra sounds… we were torn about doing it because at 21 w they still look “skinny” but after 22 weeks with twins they are too cramped to see… and if you check out our web site you will see how “close” these boys are. We didn’t get any really great shots, one twin had his arms/hands in front of his face (you can see he was protecting himself from his brother) and the other twin had his face in the placenta… but since they are identical I thought we just need to get ones face… well you can see from our site… they are ok…

This next part of my “update” might be TMI (too much information) soooo if your bashful skip on…
We found out yesterday that the catholic hospital I delver at doesn’t allow “sterilization”… so no tubal for me… it looks like Randy is gonna have to share in some groin pain and go get a vasectomy;-P
It’s strange to me that I am finding joy in that….

Ya know, I had the take or leave it attitude about having it done… but it wasn’t much money and one of those things you can’t go back and do… so we just went for it… and to be honest it was DH who wanted to do it… and I thought it sweet he wanted to “see” them… but if he had no desire to do it… we probably wouldn’t have :nea: …

I think they are really cool. I kind of wish we had done one, but our lives have been crazy for most of the last half of my pregnancy, we just never got around to it.

 

That is so neat! It will be so fun for them to look at when they are older.
