more than 30 minutes in their room and they start going crazy, we need to update their inside toys.

we have puzzles, a learning bus and an activity drum (those are the highlights).

any ideas? I'm thinking of getting a sitting down type table, but if they can move it, they will climb it. So it would need to be heavy.

    thanks.

Sorry no advice but I am in the same boat. Mine have an entire playroom full of toys and all they want to do is tear down their blinds and pull everything out of drawers, climb everything and fall off of everything. So hopefully you get some good replies because it has been raining here for a month it seems. I can't imagine what they will be like in a few months

blocks? Foam blocks are nice because they don't hurt as much when they get thrown. I also bought a "lot" of match cars at that age. They loved lining them up and "racing" them.

Mostly, I'd take them outside. Even if it's raining. At that age, their attention spans are so short, but outside they would play in a kiddie pool, or sprinkler, or mud puddle for a long time. Then it's a quick hose-off and in to the bath for more water play.

I like to rearrange toys, that always gets them interested again.

Other things you can try..playdoh, crayons, glass bowls on the floor on top of a beach towel for them to splash in, kitchen utensils (wooden/plastic serving spoons) and big tupperware bowls {always a big hit here}.

For us the best remedy has been to divide their toys into different baskets and put most of them AWAY (in the basement). That way I can always bring out a fresh basket when they start to get bored (and take away the "boring" stuff). They feel like they have new toys so they're happy as can be. Plus I have less to clean up at the end of the day without ALL of their toys on the go all the time.
