Can anyone recommend a good book about infants sleeping through the night?

A lot of people Recommend Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child and swear by it. It had a few good points, but most of it didn't really work for us. I really think it depends on your babies and their temperaments to be honest. Good Luck!! STTN was my favorite milestone thus far!

I really like Heathly Sleep Habit, Happy Child by Weisbluth. It really helped me understand what they should be doing and what I could do to help them along in the sleeping department.

I also read Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child and I also got a lot of tips from Babywise. I know it doesn't work for everyone, but it helped me a lot.

Another HSHHC fan here. I love it that the book doesn't just give you a program to follow blindly, but really helps you understand how babies' sleep works, and what's reasonable to expect at different ages. There's a lot of good science backing it up.

I like The Baby Whisperer. There“s one for toddlers too. Im not at that stage yet but both my babies have been sttn since they were about 3 months old. DD even started at 6 weeks. Maybe I was lucky but I used her methods and they seemed to work!

I also liked Happiest Baby on the block - it doesn't address specifically sttn, but does talk about helping babies sleep and how to deal with fussy times.

just so you know, i didn't like hsh,hc at all! not everyone does;). however, if your babes are only 2 weeks old, i think it's reeeeeeeeally early to be thinking about sttn. right now--just take care of yourself and find a way to get some sleep. you can worry about getting them to sleep more in a few months:).
