Not to be too graphic, but when did your digestive system get back on track? My twins are 8 months old and I am getting bellyaches 5+ times per week. Anyone got any advice?

What do you mean? Are you getting cramps, diarrhea, what sort of problems are you having?

I take probiotic yoghurt drinks and I find they really help a lot especially when I eat too richly.

My babes are seven months and I am still not 100% on track. I attribute my issues to having to take on antibiotic right after they were born for a UTI. I think this actualy led to some candida. We are all on probiotics and that really helps. I also take a supplement prescribed by my naturopath to help with the absorption of nutrients. Things are definitely getting better with these two things, the passage of time and good diet choices. I notice a big change whenever I eat what, dairy or sugar (which feeds the candida) so try to avoid them whenever I can. Good luck!

I go back and forth between constipation and diahhrea and gas pain feels like getting stabbed. It's pretty bad. Not sure if this is due to hormones or something else.

I've had problems with dairy that manifest in the way you describe. I had to lay off the dairy and take a good probiotic every day which really cleared up the gas, especially, but also helps with the other situation.

I'm not trying to hijack, but while we're on the TMI topics, anyone have any lingering sweat/body odor problems??

    Me too!!

What do we do?? Although I have to confess that I, um, might not, um, shower, um, as much as I used to before the twins were born, um. But I don't remember ever smelling this bad.

I use mens deodorant for now but I remember hsving a similar problem with my first that eventually went away. Not sure what else to do. I shower everday and still have problems.
