Miles and Austin were playing nicely this afternoon, and Miles came crawling over to the gate screaming (as he tends to every second of the day lately). I investigate and Austin is eating a blueberry.. usually his favourite, but giving it a funny look. Hmm... strange. I didn't give them blueberries in their play area. Then I look down and Miles has a blowout diaper. Slowly, my brain started putting it together... there's Austin sitting in smeared "blueberries", painting them all over the wall, tasting them, and giving disgusted looks... :gah: HE ATE MILES' BLOWOUT DIAPER.

Obviously, a flurry of cleaning and swearing and screaming (kids and me for daddy to help us) ensued. Austin got the toothbrushing of a lifetime. And I guess we have a good story to pull out one day when their first dates come home. Of course, this was 15 minutes before we had to leave for my best friend's housewarming BBQ. Thank goodness there was lots of :wine:

OMG!! :woah: That's not at all what I expected from the title of this thread!

I hope you're enjoying your :wine: . It's too bad Austin is too young to partake; he might benefit from the antiseptic properties of alcohol! ;)

At this rate, both my kids are going to have superpowers.

I think I have to stop feeding my kids so many blueberries; clearly it has confusing results.

OH WOW. I thought my kids did disgusting things, but that wins!! I'm going to be on the lookout for that because I wouldn't put it past my babies! I thought it was bad when one pooped in the tub and the other one was eating it before I realized what was happening. Whoa......You must have been horrified!!!!!

oh my! This makes Nick swiping Alex's dirty diaper off the changing table today while I was in the middle of putting a fresh one on seem like a walk in the park. I was grossed out by that, but this is definitely much much worse.:bad:

 I read this thread on my blackberry while DH and I were giving the boys their nighttime bottle and handed DH my phone and told him he HAD to read this, LOL. Brandon loooooves blueberries and it is so obvious during his morning diaper change. I've been really disappointed that Colin seems to hate blueberries, no matter how plump and sweet they are. Though after reading this I'm kinda glad Colin doesn't care for blueberries

Wow, not what I was expecting to read...LOL...not funny at the time, but sure it is now that you look back at it. I remember the 1st time I found my son's poopy diaper BLUE, i was like "what the heck", then realized it was the blueberries he ate the day before..LOL....that drink must have went down good after that fiasco... :)

While I'm sure absolutely not funny at the time ... it made me chuckle and I needed that!

It puts anything my boys have done to shame. I so hope you enjoyed your drink!!!!

:hush: :woah: :bad: and lots of

It's only funny because it's not my kids.

Although, your little guy won't be the first or the last to eat poop. Apparently, I did it as a kid :FIFblush: , and so did my niece. I think my boys have made it past the stage where I think about that, but I still have one more kid to go, so you never know.
