Just this past week or so my veins on my breasts are so standing out. They were always there during the beg. of preg. but now they are really blueish, does anyone else have this? I hope its the norm because it looks like someone painted blue veins on my boobs! lol I have some blue veins showing on my belly as well.

I have the same thing...creepy looking, huh? I guess it's due to the extra blood volume during pregnancy.

Noticed that too in the past week! I agree with pp that it's due to increased blood volume! Also if you have fair skin it'll probably be more noticable too.

I have really noticed mine the last couple weeks too! My veins have been really big and blue the whole time but OMG my nipples are sooo DARK ( sorry tmi) it's pretty gross. Yes that is normal though. Also since I haven't tanned in 8 months my skin is a lot lighter than normal.

I'm pretty veiny myself already and I know it will get worse. But yes, my breast and belly are covered. Rest asssured, it does go back to normal. Although I do have a few spider veins on my belly from my last pregnancy that never faded.

I've looked like a roadmap since almost immediately after our IVF transfer. All the excess blood. It's not gotten much worse for me, just been a constant...it was actually one of my first indicators our transfer worked...

I have been the same way, when I start to take those progesterone shots for IVF, my boobs started to hurt like crazy, and I've had those veins since then.

Oh yes! I'm very fair, so my chest looks like a road map!

Oh my gosh! I had no idea everyone else was going through the same thing. I thought maybe a couple of people had this too.....and yes "road map" is definitely a good way to describe what it looks like. I do have fair skin so I guess thats why its so uggggggllyy!

my veins pop out early in pregnancy for me, too. i also always get the darker nipples. they go away a few months post-partum. i hear it's so the baby can find the nipple easier.

Count me in -- actually, ugly veins on my boobs were the first sign of pregnancy for me, in both pregnancies -- even before AF was late. I was actually *looking* for them this time, LOL. And I'm not fair-skinned at all -- I have medium/dark olive skin. Oh, well. Guess it's a common thing!
