Bless me, I peed...

    Umm, yeah. :blush: It's a constant reminder to keep up with the kegels.

    It doesn't happen with sneezes, but it happened the other day when I tooted. :blush: Good thing nobody else was around but the babies!

    :rotflmbo: LOl that is too funny!! I did for a long time after my DD was born but not after the twins (csection) anyway good luck and keep kegeling!! :rotflmbo:

    Not so much when I sneeze, but I did learn the other day that I can't control my bladder when I'm throwing up. Lovely, huh?

    I make a point of doing kegels every time I'm stopped at a red light. It really becomes a habit!

    yep, can't imagine how bad it'll be after these two arrive. it's worse when I have allergies. but admittedly, I don't do my kegels.

    yes and yes. I also have no warning about when I pee. I'll get the feeling I have to pee, and like 10 second later I am peeing! I'm like, "sheesh, let me get to the bathroom first!" It has gotten better, but I fear my bladder will never be the same again....*sigh*....

    I basically peed myself all day long for the final 3 months of my pregnancy!! It was the WORST!!!!!! Luckily after my c section I don't have that problem anymore, but i feel your pain!

    Its funny cause I just noticed it these past couple of days! Not sure if I just havent sneezed since I had the girls or just didnt pay attention to it since I must've gotten 'used to' peeing myself. :huh:

    I will admit that I have not been doing my kegels and I had a cathadar so that is probably a contributing factor as well.... (and no sex to work out those muscles either!!) ;)
