I'd just been spotting for the last couple of weeks...using just a pantyliner. But two days ago, I started bleeding again and it's a brighter red and there is more of it. I'm not sure if this is my period already (I'm not breastfeeding) or if it's because I was doing too much. I had scrubbed our deck and then was lifting the girls in their carseats in and out of the truck for the first time.

Is it too soon for my period? Should I be worried?

Nope. I bled for about 9 weeks and then two weeks later I got AF! Isn't child birth grand? ;)

Same here. And since then I'm getting my period every 3 weeks. Ug!

I also noticed I bled more post c-section on the days that I was more physically active. -Leighann

I bled for like 10-11 weeks PP, sometimes heavy sometimes light. My peri said it was normal.

I bled for about 6 weeks and definitely found a connection between the heavier flow days and days when I was extremely active! If you can, try to take it easy today, just do as little as absolutely necessary.

I bled for 12 WEEKS!! I finally had to start an estrogen prescription and now it has stopped. I am still spotting which might be my period to trying to start... AND I am breastfeeding twins AND on a birth control pill so I wont ovulate!!!

    Yikes....I guess I shouldn't complain just yet!

I just thought it was strange that I went from just spotting some dark stuff to moderately bleeding more red. It's not that heavy, so I won't worry for now.

I bled for 6 weeks and it slowed down a lot after about 4 weeks. If I was more active it would start back up. It was just this past week that I have had no bleeding at all. I wouldn't worry unless it is really heavy. If you aren't bf you might have gotten a period, I was at the doctor yesterday and they asked me if I had a period yet so I guess that would be normal.

I am still bleeding like that off and on. I went for follow up appt today and my OB say that was very normal.

I bled for 3 months. I was put on Premarin(sp?) to stop the bleeding. We weren't for sure that was going to make it quit either, so I went for a D&C evaluation, and that day it just quit, LOL
