blatant bragging

    Check out our girls floating by themselves! Amelia FINALLY is catching on to the floating. I was worried I would have the first child to fail swim lessons. She refuses to stop kicking her feet so she is just going to have to learn to float while kicking. They both are swimming too but today we got short videos of them floating by themselves. They are 16 months old and they are just starting week 3 of ISR lessons.

    That is awesome! So cute, too. I'm always amazed by how young kids can learn to swim with ISR lessons.

    Today was the first day of the 3rd week of lessons. They go to lessons 5 days a week for 10 minutes a day, for 6 weeks total, so we are almost halfway done. I'll post a longer video at the end showing off their swimming skills!

    that's fantastic. congratulations!

    i would love for mine to learn ISR, but there are no instructors here....i looked into having one come down, but it's too much $$$

    can't wait for the next swimming video!!

    WOW -- I am soooo impressed! My boys were supposed to start (non-ISR) swim lessons today but Jack has double ear infections and Jacob has a cold so we have to wait.

    Jacob is watching the videos with me and he is clapping for your girl, saying "more! more!!".

    Great job, girls!!!
