Okay ladies, I have to say that I really didn't have bladder control problems until this pregnancy. I puke hard and pee my pants. Okay - understandable. But if I laugh too hard, I have to REALLY try HARD to not pee my pants! Sneeze? It could go either way. I told my husband tonight that before I know it, I really WILL be peeing my pants. UGH!

All this and I am not even 16w yet! Yikes! Serenity Now!!!! ROFL <hope ya get the Seinfeld reference!>

I have for some time now being wearing pads all the time...that way when I sneeze, laugh to hard or do get sick to my stomach I can change that and don't have to change a million times a day . Good luck :)

I'm right there with you ladies. I never had this problem before I was pregnant. I wear a pantyliner, just in case. Sneezing is the worst. I'm getting over a cold and coughing isn't good either. I know exactly what you mean about throwing up too. Sometimes, I just have to laugh about it or I'll cry:) I hate having no control over it.

I got that too...started very early in pregnancy. I try to do kegals when I cough or cross my legs to avoid it (sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't). Pads seem to be the best way to go...

I am right with you -- another pregnancy secret no one told me! Pads help at least.

I had this a lot earlier in pregnancy. I had a terrible cough and would actually pee my pants, luckily it was usually when I was getting ready for bed. It has been better since I haven't been coughing that much. I do notice if I don't go for a while that it gets pretty close. Hopefully this problem will stay gone, but I have a feeling as I get bigger, I will have the problem again. The joys of pregnancy!

I'm so glad I'm not alone with this...the cold/cough I have has been driving me crazy, too. I just hope it clears up before the babies arrive.....ahhhh!
