Black-out shades

    The girls are waking earlier and earlier and I want to try the black-out shades, but don't know where to get them. Can anyone help?

    I went to target.com and got the blackout curtains. They have a variety of colors.

    i have metal blinds in there adn just purchased some heavy weight vinal shades at home depot to go over them. My girls do so much better with DARK!

    got ours at that place whose name i forget - you can order them online and they do custom sizees and only take one day to turn around. They were NOT inexpensive, however! Wish i'd thought of walmart (or garbage bags!)

    Thanks for the info ladies. We used aluminum foil as a temporary fix just to see if a darker room would help, and it did this morning. If it continues to work we will get the blackout drapes--anything to get back my good sleepers!!!
