My girls will be 2 in just a few more short weeks!! AHHH!!!

Anyway, I'm not getting the age old question of people wanting suggestions on what to get them.

Not necessarily toys, but more of like learning stuff, outdoor stuff, etc. I'm looking in like the $50 and under range. We alreayd have a sandbox and sand/water table, etc. Any other stuff that would good for them?

Oh, and I've already suggested the easel/chalkboard thing too. And, we aren't getting trikes until next year.

Here is something we are getting for the girls (but more than 50) roadster trike. Another thing for outside my girls love is the Cozy Coupe car. I also saw a my first dollhouse aat Target that I think we will get them. Another suggestion is the dressup fairy or princess dresses. My girls love to play dress up with their cousins.
It is fun to pick out toys for the girls.

Well I was going to suggest an easel and tricycles, so I'm probably not much help! How about lots of art supplies for the easel like pads of paper, finger paints, washable markers, etc.

So far my girls have gotten the fisher price twin doll house (even though it says 3 and up) and the mickey mouse clubhouse.

They already have trikes with a parent handle (one even has a seat belt) that they love.
My BIL got them a big inflatable bouncy house but that is more than the price range you said.
There party is in 2 weeks, i'll let you know if I think of anything else.

    I second the Cozy Coupes!

Also, a slide and a structure to climb on. A little picnic table? Little Tikes of course makes all of these things.

Some of the gifts mine received:
-- puzzles (there was a great set at Costco awhile back)
    -- Play kichen
-- Shopping cart and lots of play food
-- Outdoor tools- wheelbarrel, watering cans, shovels, etc... (Target has some cute sets...)
    -- Clothes
    -- Gift cards
    -- Books
    -- Art and Playdoh supplies
-- Dolls: Fisher-price has these cute ones where the clothes snap on made just for 2-year-olds (Katelyn LOVES them!)
-- tent with a tunnel and sleeping bags-- again Target had really cute ones for kids!

Thanks for the suggestions...we alreayd have ton of this stuff though, makes it really house! I LOVE the doll house, we bought that at Target for them b/c grandma had sent giftcards. We only paid $30 for it at Target...it's listed over $50 on Amazon...geez!!!

We already have Cozy Coupes...they LOVE their cars!

Keep the suggestions coming...they are good ones!

Oh, adn the princess dress up stuff...I bought that on clearance at the Disney Online Outlet shop. I got the entire 3 princess + ariel set for only $25!!! It was originally $70! what a steal!!!

Just out of curiousity, why do you want to wait on the trikes? Mine loves theirs and ride them everyday. That is what I would have suggested.

Are they into trains at all? I know that's considered more of a boy thing, but my nieces have a train set and love it. I think they got it when they were 3 and 1 (obviously the younger one didn't play with it right away). Second birthday might be a little early, but I bet they'd get it before their third.

Also ditto the art supplies. That's another thing my nieces (or rather their parents) are always asking for.

A small wagon for them to haul their stuff in?

A folding tent/playhouse (one of those ones that just folds flat and you can store it behind the couch or something).

Other dress-up stuff -- fireman's hat, cowboy hat & outfit, etc.

We don't have the money to spend on them right now...at least not the ones that I want. I can't seem to find just those cheap plastic ones. Any suggestions on those? Like maybe $30 or less for each one?

We got some cute, inexpensive radio flyer red trikes at Walmart. They were around $30. They are perfect. Sure, they are a little light and can tip easily, but once the kids got the hang of it, they loved them! I wanted to get the fancy Kettrike ones, but I would rather invest the money in something that they will get a little more mileage out of. Ben is already riding those tiny two wheeler bikes (with training wheels of course) at our mommy and me class, and so we are going to be buying one of those soon. I am glad that I did not spend tons on their trikes.

Becky, my girls have the Dora big wheels. They were a Christmas gift from my parents, but we ended up leaving them at their house for the girls (they go over to G and G's house often). The only problem they have is that they can't quite reach the pedals and my girls are tall too! Good luck deciding what to get your girls. DH and I can hardly wait until their bday on friday!!!
