Birth Announcement

    Hi everyone. Sophie Maya and Harry Chase were born on May 10th! Sophie weighed 4.7 and Harry was 5.01. They were born at 36w1day. Our csection was scheduled for 5/16 but when I went to the highrisk Dr on 5/10 they said I was in labor and kept me there. Both babies spent 2 nights in the NICU. Sophie wasnt maintaining her body temp and Harry's lungs needed clearing. We were extremely lucky as they both got out of NICU on Mothers Day and came home on Monday. They are both gaining weight and doing great. Right now they are swaddled and in a packnplay - they are facing each other! Thank you everyone for all the support. See you on the FY boards.

    Congratulations on your babies! and just a little tidbit, may 10th is mother's day here in mexico (it's a fixed date, like christmas is always dec. 25th), so you actually got a DOUBLE mother's day present!! congrats again

    congrats hunny! good luck. baby harry weighs exactly the same as what piper did when she was born and shophie is two oz off what morgan weighed. :p
