So when do these typically start? Sorry to re-hash all this... Im fairly new and havent heard the doc mention this at all yet. My hx is clean and Ive delivered all my babies term (or longer) with no PTL or any other complications that would indicate any future issues.
We are only 10 weeks preggo at the moment.

NST's did not start for me until 32-33 weeks. I usually got a biophysical profile afterwards because baby A's movements were not registering on the NST, her placenta was in the front so she was hard to detect.
    Congratulations on your pregnancy!

it varies per doctor, in fact i never had NST's, and the only BPP's i had were at my sono appt, which came every 2-4 weeks, depending on how far along i was.

I'm 31 weeks and they just told me yesterday that they wanted to do weekly BPPs starting at 32 weeks.

I started my BPP when I was 29.3weeks (I am 30 wks today) and will continue weekly until I deliver. They aren't going to do NST - my Peri said they prefer doing the BPP and then we get monthly growth scans (I wish they did these weekly so I can see how much they grow - although my tape measure around the belly shows they are growing, lol). I think they usually start around the 30-32 week for bpp/nst, unless you have other issues.

10 weeks is too early to think about this. I think you should enjoy your first and second trimesters. You will have tons of tests, ultra sounds, NSTs,.. in the last trimester. Plus, many doctors treat twin pregnances as same as singleton until you hit 20 weeks (unless you have issues with your pregnancy).

I am 31w2d. I am having 2 doc appts weekly now. From next weeks, I will have 3 doc appts + NST. Plus, when I feel contractions my docs want me to come in L&D. I am just so tired of all this. But I want the best for my babies. So I do whatever I am told.

Good lucks!!! and just relax and enjoy your pregnancy

Im have been seen every two weeks since 4 weeks, and after this weeks appointment I will go monthly till I hit 24weeks and then every two again.
I dont see a peri, my OB sees so many pt's with multi's that I guess he doesnt think we need to. Does everyone have these done no matter the case?
