Big babies!

MY dr appt was yesterday. Everything went fine, just trying to get some relief from a cold. I haven't slept more than two hrs a night the last three nights. I feel like God is trying to prepare me for when Logan and Morgan arrive. My u/s was today. I am 27 weeks. Both babies are measuring 28 weeks and have gained a good amount of weight, they are both 3 lbs! I can't believe I have 6lbs of baby in there. My cervix looked nice and long and tight. One baby is presenting head down and one breech. They keep changing positions so we will see what might happen in the future. I am kinda counting on a c-section, I will be plesantly surprised if I don't have to have one. I measured 35 cm fundal height, so no wonder I feel ready to pop! I delivered my dd when I was 37 weeks, so a few more weeks and my body will be in new territory as far as how big I get. We are all just praying that we make it another 9-10 weeks.

Sounds like you are well on your way to healthy, happy babies! Good news that your cervix is long and tight. I have my next u/s on the 2nd - I will be 25 weeks. Last one at 22 weeks they were 1.1 lbs and 1.0 lbs....so your 3 lbs babies seem like I have a long way to go! Good luck to you and keep us updated!
