I get pretty serious ones every time I stnad up at this point. Is that normal?? I am to the point where the first 5 minutes after standing up are just down right uncomfy and almost painful. The kids feels up high almost everytime that happens but it still makes me not want to get up at all. I have my first real twin appt tmrw but I am still nervous about it. Is this normal at this point? TIA
Changing positions or lots of movement can trigger them. But they should go away and not cause to much discomfort. I would talk to your OB about what you are experiencing to rule out ptl. Let us know how your appt. goes tomorrow!! that's exciting! :woo:
I would definitely talk with your doctor about them just to rule out PTL. Everyone experiences it differently. Is your family still helping you take it easy? I would relax as much as possible until you're able to get into to see the doc. It's probably just BH getting you ready, but always better to be safe
I am with the other girls. They should not be painful. Try to drink lots and stay off your feet. If you do however have more then 6 in an hour go to L&D!
