Best umbrella style stroller for twins?

I would like to get an umbrella style stroller for my twins and am wondering which ones were the best. I was thinking of maybe getting a Maclaren but not sure which style would be best (twin Techno, Twin Triumph, Rally Twin or Twin traveller). I want something that I could use for travel, that folds fairly small, is side-by-side, has seats that can recline (it would be nice if they reclined fully and had a few stops in between) and not overly heavy. It would also be nice if my toddler could use it if he needed too.
    Any suggestions?

I got the Maclaren Twin Triumph. I can't wait to use it :) It can hold up to 55lbs on each side - so your toddler could ride in it.

I have the Maclaren Twin Techno. More pricey I think because it has some "extras" I can't wait to use it! It is super easy to steer and pretty light. Folds up small too!

You might try posting this message on the 1st year board. You might get some more input from some of those mom's. I would also check out eopinions.com. You can do a search on strollers and read reviews on the models your are considering. I have a Graco Duo Glider for my kids and I like that, but it big and bulky. I am looking to purchase a lighter side by side one, but am having a hard time convincing my DH that we need another stoller.

I have the Peg Perego Twin Aria and am in love with it. The seats recline as much or as little as you want. It folds and opens so easily. The kids are super comfy and it rides well.

I had a Jeep umbrella before and it was awful. Only 2 positions and it was actually wobbly.

I also have a duoglider which I never use!

We have a Combi Twin Savvy SBS. We opted for this stroller because it was one of the lightest twin strollers available, had all the extra features (reclining seats, snack trays, etc.), and folded small for easy carrying, loading, and transporting. We are still using it almost three years later and I have never been sorry with our decision.

Is there a store where you can "try out" the strollers? I went to a store that had a few double strollers in stock and was able to push them around. After pushing them around - I decided on the Twin Triumph. It pushed so much better than the others.

    Do you have that option?

Yes, definitely try out the strollers!!! That is the whole reason we also went with Maclaren. It maneuvered SO much better than all the other ones we tried.

I wanted to add...when we test drove strollers I fell in love with the Maclaren too. The Combi seemed so flimsy to me. BUT, I knew that for me, having a light stroller would ultimately be the most important feature. Plus the Combi came highly recommended from other twin moms. So I took a leap of faith and went with the Combi.

    Love the combi!
I use it 1-4 times every day - it is hardy, not flimsy. Love it!
