What were/are your babies first shoes & would you buy them again? My older DD had a pair of Robeez that I loved, have never tried any of the similar brands though. We're ready for some - if I could just figure out what to get...

I loved Robeez with my daughter.....there is a knockoff brand at Target (Ministar, Bobux, something like that) in the baby section, next to the toddler underwear, that is half the price! And, I've heard that they hold up nearly as well.

We had Preschoolians, too, and had good luck with them, but I've heard their customer service has really gone downhill lately.

For new walkers, See Kai Run shoes are supposed to be awesome.

I bought some Robeez knockoffs off of Ebay - they are super cute, cheap, and are holding up very well.

my DD had some cute Bobux that looked like ballet shoes when she was crawling and they held up great. I would say anything that stays on their feet is great!

We have the robeez target knock offs and we love them! They help keep the feet from slipping when they crawl and they stay on very well, even when they are being chewed on!

We had one pair of Bobux (expensive Robeez equivalent) and one pair of Target knockoffs, and liked them equally. I wouldn't spend a ton on shoes until they are walking.

The first pairs I used were Robeez which are awesome and they can't take them off. Then I found out about the ones at Target (which you can check out on line) and they are only $12.99 as opposed to $26 for the Robeez. They also can't take these ones off. They have very cute ones and they do hold up as well as the Robeez. However, just be aware that the Target ones (I think they are called Ministar) run much bigger and wider than the Robeez. My girls are still fitting into the 6-12 month sizes (They are a size 4 in regular shoes) which is good since one of my dds has chunky feet. :D
