I'm sure this question gets asked all the time so if there's a good place to look for answers, please direct me to it! DH and I spent much of the afternoon researching double strollers (we currently have a DSNG) to try to decide if the BOB Revolution Duallie is worth it. (I posted about this earlier; we could get a good deal on it if we use a coupon that expires tomorrow so we're trying to decide this weekend if we want the BOB or if something cheaper would work just/almost as well.) Even w/the coupon, the BOB is still pretty expensive for our budget so we're leaning toward finding something in the $150 to $250 range; maybe $300 max. Any suggestions for us?

I'm hoping to find one that handles easily (maneuvers well, not too heavy to push), is relatively lightweight, usable in a variety of settings from walks (including on dirt paths) to mall trips, the zoo, etc.; not too hard to set up and fold, doesn't take up the *whole* trunk, comfortable for the kiddos, decent basket/storage, good sunshades, parent cupholder(s) ... is that too much to ask? ;) Are there other things i should look for that I haven't even thought of? These are our first kids so I guess we don't *really* know what we'll end up wanting or needing!

Amy, I have the Combi Twin Savvy SBS stroller and love it. :good: It's easy to fold, pretty compact (considering it's size) and it manuevers well. :good: I'm not sure how it would do on a dirt road since I've never taken it on one but I don't see it being too much of a issue? Good luck with your search.

Thanks, TwinLove! Good to know; that's one of the main strollers we're looking at!

Same here! Love it. I also have a Valco Twin Trimode that is awesome. Hands down the best baby product I own.

We have the BOB Revolution Duallie and we just love it.
It's light weight and it's extremely easy to manuver!!!! Babies are comfortable too.
It's not too big sideways. I think it's worth the money you pay for it!!!

I also have a Combi SBS and love it! It's so lightweight, which was one of my biggest things. Plus it doesn't take up as much room in the trunk. The baskets are big though, that's one of the cons. (But I never use them anyway.)

We just bought the "Instep surburban safari" and really like it! It's a jogging stroller.
We needed something for taller people (i'm 5'11, dh 6'4) although it could be a bit higher it's comfy for me. for some reason the 'surburban safari' is higher than jus the safari.
the front wheel rotating is a big plus...
cons...no handle break, and no 'peek a boo window;, and the sunshade is not long enough, we bought a kiddapodumas to extend the shade...over all it's worth what i paid, about 200

    good luck!

Also wanted to add, the tires are amazing...we live in NH and we are in the throws of 'mud' season...and these tires are like driving a 4wheel drive truck...they are amazing!

I really like our Jeep Wrangler stroller. It goes everywhere easily, fits through standard doorways, is lightweight, folds more compact than most others we tested, and is quite versatile. We have 2 of them. Both were gifts.

I just bought the MacLaren sbs off craigslist and love it love it love it. It is so lightweight compared to my graco. My girls are still in their carriers as they are on the small side, but the graco is heavy and doesn't fit in my car without taking off the front wheels.. I wouldn't give up the graco, but for a trip to the mall or to grocery shop, I love my sbs.

we have not had any issues with doorways and it steers so easily. I am able to steer one handed and drag the grocery cart with the other. I struggle with the graco one handed.
