I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone eventually found a stable solution or maybe a workaround for this? I'm trying something similar and ran into a snag that sounds a lot like what was mentioned here. I ran into a similar issue and found that tweaking the file paths fixed it. Sometimes things break if the server setup shifts or if certain dependencies can’t be found. Also had a weird bug once after a mod install — turned out to be a conflict from a shadowbon call of duty leftover file that corrupted permissions. Clearing cache and checking for rogue configs helped in that case.
