I am so in love with this item that I had to post about it. http://TRUS.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pTRU1-5852726reg.jpg

We had saved my son's crib with the hopes of having another baby. That "other baby" turned out to be twins so we needed a second grib. Our sitter offered to let us use hers. When I went to Babies R Us I spotted a crib that I loved. It seemed much smaller than our current crib and was a very good looking crib. It was only $169.00 so I deemed it to be a piece of junk and went and bought my mattress.

Out of curiosity I checked it out on their website when I got home because I really loved the look of it and figured for that price we could sell our crib and buy two of those. I expected to see bad reviews based on the price, but was very surprised to read people rave about it.

Toys R Us has a promotion going on where if you spend x number of dollars you get a $20.00 gift card and they took the Babies R Us Coupon. So when all was said and done with the coupons, twin discount and gift card each crib cost us only about $125.00. It was so easy to assemble. It feels incredibly sturdy. It's gorgeous to look at.

Best of all, it easily converts into a toddler bed and can then be used as a headboard without buying anything additional. My son's crib was advertised as a "convertible crib" but we later learned that meant that you needed to buy an expensive kit to make the switch. This needs nothing extra and we had my 4 year old son try it out as a bed before we put the last piece on (it's seriously THAT easy to go from crib to bed) and he fit perfectly fine in it with room to spare so this was a great inestment.

Anyhow, I know how tight money can be when you are having twins (esp if they are not your 1st and you don't expect a shower) so I wanted to share.

It's the Lauren Crib and can be found at the BRU website.

We've already bought our cribs (I found a similar AWESOME deal on a Graco crib at Walmart) but I just wanted to say that I LOVE GOOD DEALS! :) So congrats on finding one that's something you love!

I got the same ones from Walmart online and I think I paid $125 also. Did you put the wheels on them? I am still trying to decide if I really want the wheels on them.

  4. I also got the Graco Sarah cribs at Walmart for $125 with $0.97 shipping TO MY HOME!!! AWESOME!

    LOVE Great deals :)

I love this crib but my babiesrus does not keep them in stock so I cant use the 20% off coupons - bc those are only good on items "in stock" Wal mart does have it for a Little cheaper but a 20 % off coupon and the graco gift card would be a better deal. Did y'all use a coupon to get it cheaper at Wal mart? it shows that its 159$ there ???

These are the ones we bought! We got the white ones and wound up getting both cribs and both mattresses for like $300. I think it was my proudest moment, especially because they are all put together and look beautiful in the nursery and everyone comments on how nice they look. :)
