best back/belly support

I am thinking I need some belly/back support for the summer since I am dealing with back spasms and am already waddling around. What do you recommend? It regularly gets in the high 90's/low 100's and is very humid here as well come June.

 

I been wearing a maternity support belt since 12 weeks into the pregancy. I brought the babies r us store brand for 29.95 and it lasted may be for a few month, then I brought the one the is made by Boopy 19.95 and it us rolled under the belly and no back support.

I was at that baby fair and wondered about the Veronique stuff. They certainly had a popular booth.

I never found any of the back support things very helpful. I did end up spending most of the summer sitting in the water. Even sitting just waist high took the babies weight off me and relieved all my back pain. I was sure wrinkly but it helped SO MUCH!
