I just wanted to ask if this is normal pain. I am having what I would describe as muscle pain in my belly. I feel like I have done about 1000 sit ups. I am not having cramping but my mid back is a bit sore as well. Is this just normal growing/stretching pain? I never had this pain in my first pregnancy and I know full well I did not even do 1 sit up let alone 1000.

    No??!!

I think that it sounds like the normal round ligament stretching pain. Those babies are probably doing some growing! :hug99:

I had similar pain when I in my 2nd trimester. Sore spot to the right of my belly button that would hurt when I pushed on it and got worse when I walked for longer periods of time. i just figured it was some ligaments stretching out as my belly grew. It eventually disappeared. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you have other symptoms along with it....

I have that too and the dr said it was from me laying on one side more than the other, now both sides hurt equally and my back is getting a bit more sore.

Thanks. My belly was not nearly as sore today so I guess it must have just been a quick growth spurt.
