Has anyone used one? Was it helpful? Worth the money? I'm getting towards the end and thinking of ordering one.

I have never heard of a belly bandit - it's a belt you use after you deliver?

I'm guessing it's a belly band and I think it would be worth a try. I didn't use one and am not too happy with the end result.

I have it and used it for about 3 weeks before I couldnt take it anymore. (i think you are supposed to use it for 6-8) The problem is that it is constantly riding up and bunching up so I am constantly pulling it back down over my stomach. I do feel like my tummy looks decent though other than the pudge of fat I have there< which I wasnt expecting the belly bandit to get rid of anyway!!

I wore the binder that they gave me at the hospital for about 4 weeks after my c-section. I wore it religiously, and it really made the surgical area feel MUCH better. After 4 weeks, I was feeling almost back to normal, so then I stopped wearing it.

I was also given one for free at the hospital. If you ask for one, they'll probably give it to you.

I wore mine next to my skin, as was advised by the nurses when they gave it to me. It helped, but it gave me a terrible rash that bled and made me feel even worse, making my recovery more difficult. I had to not wear it for about a week until the rash was better, then wore it over my clothing when at home.

I bought the Bamboo Belly Bandit when I was 3 weeks postpartum. I didn't wear it as much as they advised, but I wore it for a few hours here & there for a couple weeks. I liked how it flattened out my twin skin (under clothes) & I was able to wear my normal jeans @ 3 weeks pp and shirts. However, I found that it wasn't very comfortable & I would take it off a lot. Especially when it's hot outside. I gained all out front with the twins & not anyplace else...so the BB helped with that still pregnant looking belly after 3 weeks. I guess it worked appearance wise, b/c I did get a lot of the "Wow, I can't believe you just had twins" comments....since my belly looked flat again when I would wear it. LOL That was nice! ;) I never put it on anymore, so I can't say spending $75.00 on it was totally worth it.
