I am 7 weeks post-partum and lost 40 lbs pretty quickly but I am left with quite a bit of loose skin (or twin skin). I find when I wear jeans, the skin hangs over them. I remember hearing about the bellaband for pregnancy and post-partum. Has anyone used them to hold that "twin skin" in place and if so, how did it work?

I use the medela pp belt and it has worked wonders so far at sucking my belly back into place [IMG]

I have a band (not sure the brand) but it is really uncomfortable so I don't wear it. Plus I think it actually adds more bulk to the my middle so I won't wear it for that reason. [IMG]

I use my bellaband. It smoothes out the folds and wrinkled skin but not the belly fat, if that makes sense.

Does it cause your "upper" abdominal skin to hang over? Would you recommend it?

I sell Tummy Tubes and I wear them. They are similar to the bella bands but they are "taller" if that makes sense. the cover most of the belly so you don't have the problem of any extra skin hanging over. I get lots of compliments about how I look so skinny when i wear them. If only they saw me without clothse on. If you want more information, just send me a PM. I wear them almost everyday except for my days when i enjoy my sweats.

    thanks

I'm short waisted so it goes right under my bra to my hip bone. I would reccommend it, especially if you don't have a buldge. If its just for skin, a big old YES but to slim then no.
