Being induced tomorrow!

I went to my doctors appointment today where he had said last week he would check me and if I was showing signs of progress we might start to induce. So today my blood pressure was climbing again, my swelling is getting a bit worse and my stretch marks are really red and inflamed (not itchy but painful when my clothes rub against them). So he checked me and I am 2 to 3 cm dilated and 60 to 70% effaced so we are a go tomorrow for induction at 37 weeks 3 days (ticker is off a bit)!

I will be doing this inpatient which makes me happy. Usually they give you the gel and wait for a bit and if nothing happens they send you home and on and on. So when I was asking my doc what would happen he just said you know what let's have them do this inpatient from the beginning so hopefully once we're there we won't be coming home without babies!

I am SO READY to not be pregnant anymore, am in so much pain already but the thought of going through labor...scary. But I'm ok so far, I am sure I will be a wreck in the morning though. Babies seem to be ready too at 7 lbs each and consistently getting 8/8 on their BPPs so here's to hoping it all works out! Here's to hoping I get an epidural soon too LOL. I normally would have to run the risk of not getting one but since it's twins I have to labor with one in just in case so I am one of the lucky ones in this city since they don't do them too often.

So wish us luck! Hopefully it goes well and babies tolerate it ok. Baby B is breech so I am really hoping to only have one birth too but only time will tell.

Thanks everyone! We ended up going into labor 45 minutes before the induction time LOL. We are on our first day home and running on no sleep but hope to post our birth story soon. Thanks again for all the great wishes!!
