been away for a bit

hey all. been away from the boards for awhile, just tired, overwhelmed, stressed, etc with life in general. 2 weeks and my babies are gonna be 1! i cant believe it! we found out wednesday im pregnant again, ahhh! surprise again! ill be 5 weeks on wednesday so im not far along, and hoping i dont miscarry or anything, but whats meant to be will be i suppose. had cramping and a little brown spottin yesterday but none today. we'll see what happens. they military hospital here wont see me til 10weeks, and they dont do u/s until 20wks. big change from my weekly u/s with the twins! i have a friend who works in OB and she gave me a few hints to get an early u/s. it means ill have to lie, but if its twins again i wanna know ASAP lol.
babies are growing big. dr told me to put them on whole milk, lataid for DS, 2 weeks ago. what a nightmare!!! theyre only 10 months adjusted but the dr said it didnt matter, okay whatever! dealt with DD screaming for 3 days cuz she was constipated. i put apple juice in her bottle with the milk now and feed foods high in fiber first.
DS is crawling and getting into everything now, he pulls to a standing position too, so it wont be long til hes walking im sure. DD is trying to crawl but her hip muscles are too loose and she cant get up on knees. the physical therapist comes wednesday to re-evaluate her.
nothing else too exciting here. hopefully i catch some time to read the boards and see who is new! cant believe ive been on here for almost 2 years! thats nuts! lol. well i gg fold a mountain of laundry but i hope everyone is good!

 

Wow!! Congratulations! I'm excited for you! I hope you get your early ultrasound! Your two are just about the same age as my one! His first birthday is coming up FAST!!! Welcome back!

Oh I'm so glad you're back! I missed you! Congrats on the surprise! You're going to do great! I'm glad your friend gave you some tips. They are probably the same one's I was going to suggest. Several of my mil friends have gotten in for an u/s before 10 weeks. Most of them had bleeding (the red kind). If you can't get in before 10 weeks, I would think since you had twins before, they would want to check earlier. I remember begging with the twins for an early u/s (didn't know it was twins) and I got in at 19 weeks. sigh. Hang in there and keep coming back! You were definitely missed!
