So I was placed on bed rest today because Baby A is still small. He was 25% then 13% then 20% and now he's 24% smaller than baby B. Baby B is measuring 26 weeks and baby A is 24 weeks. So they told me to rest and eat and drink as much as possible. I have to go in twice a week for heart rate checks as of right now.

They don't believe it's TTTS because the fluids are good. So hopefully all will be ok and they can stay in there as long as possible!

Let me be the first to tell you that YOU CAN DO THIS :clapping: I've been on hospital bed rest since 26w5d (was at home on bed rest for 9 weeks before that) because my baby A is much much smaller than her sister. I also have mono/di twins. It's great that your docs are being so proactive and monitoring so closely.

Tomorrow makes 32 weeks gestation for us and we have set a c-section goal of December 17th. Believe me, I know how far away it seems right now, but bed rest and taking care of yourself are the best things you can do for your little sweeties. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Do they know why your little one is smaller? Ours is due to restricted cord blood flow. Big  to you!

They don't know why. She asked is I bumped my belly or had any pain in my abdomen. I haven't bumped it and there's no pain, I don't where she was going with that. They aren't sure what is causing it, they are pretty sure it isn't TTTS and blood flow and everything looks fine so far. I think that is why they are so concerned, because they can't find an answer.

I go back on Monday to check the heart rates and maybe we will have an answer then!

    Thanks for the support!!

If you feel like you need extra support, sidelines.org is a great online support group for moms with complicated pregnancies. They pair you up with someone who has had similar complications. It helped me tremendously to "talk" with someone who had been in my place. The only people who can understand bedrest are those that have been through it!
    Best of luck to you,

 I am so sorry! bedrest is so hard, but you can do it!! One thing that helped me tremendously when I was on bedrest was to have a schedule of the day that way I had things to look forward to, and I still felt somewhat in control of my life. Good Luck!
