I got my girls some bathtub soap crayons and they LOVE them!!! We could barely get them out of there the other night. I have to take some pics next time. They had so much fun...mostly drawing on each other! So, if you don't have any...GET SOME!

Where do you get them? I have looked before and have been unable to find them.

I found some at Toys R Us one time, but didn't get any. Another option might be to see if you can order them online and have them shipped :)

Babies R Us has them in the Toddler bath items/toothbrush section. WalMart has some too. I think Target maybe too.

    Our girls LOVE them too.

    Here's some from Target

    Here's from BRU

I looked on the Walmart site and it showed the same thing I linked for Target too.

I think I'm getting some for my friends' DD's 2nd b-day. She would love them!

That is a great idea! Mine love the bath, but they're getting a little bored with our bath toys. Mostly at the moment they fight over who gets to sit up front and play with the water coming out of the faucet. I'm going to get some!

Just an fyi, too, that BRU (IN STORE) has a much larger selection to choose from (at least ours does). Also, they had these Elmo bath disks that color the water. Unfortunately, when you are bathing 2 babies together, they each want to drop one. So, red, yellow and blue make brown water - ick! LOL!

The kids got some for their second birthday and they were more interested in eating them and tying to break them! [IMG] I put them away for awhile! [IMG]

We got some for their first christmas (my fil not knowing age appropriate gifts) as part of some tub toys kit. I think the age on it was 3, so I've sort of put it to the wayside. But I'm going to take it out tonight and see how they do with the crayons!!

I got them a few years ago for my older kids. They didn't write very well and they got frustrated with them. Maybe they have gotten better since then.

That's good to hear! I've been debating about buying the bathtub crayons for weeks now. I want something new and fun for them in the bathtub. Which kind did you get? Crayola? Did you get the paints too?

I ordered a set of the crayons and paints from Avon and they were very hard to get off of the tile. Maybe I need to try another brand. I DO use the roll on body soap paints from Avon and they really enjoy those. And, they wash off easily!

Oh, I hate our bathtub crayons. Ours are the ones that come with an Elmo bath doll and they are a huge mess. I actually like the thought of them but they leave all these little waxy bits everywhere.

    The kids do love them!!!!!!

we got the crayola ones and my 2 yr old loves them. we tried the fingerpaints but they didn't work very well. I found that if he colors with them while they are dry they are harder to get off the bathtub but nothing a wipe can't get rid of. If they are wet before you use them they clean up even easier.

My girls were given this exact same set for Christmas and we don't have that problem at all. For us, they write very easily on the tub and walls and wipe off cleanly at the end of bath time. We set them in a little container on the back of the toilet and they dry up just fine - not goopy or anything. Hmmm, I wonder why the difference? Do you wipe it off of your tub right away after the bath? That's part of our "getting out of the tub" routine. LOL!

LOL, there are mixed reviews on the bathtub crayons. I have some that MIL gave the girls for 1YO party, but I said, NO WAY, I could just invision a huge mess. We have the elmo ones, and we aren't playing with them yet. I am not sure when I will have the nerve to actually introduce these to the girls. HMMMM maybe this is a great re-gifting item! anyone want mine???

Mine would eat them! They already eat playdough, crayons, and colored pencils. They also like to drink the bath water and don't mind the shampoo bubbles either! This would be a disaster in our house!

The bathtub finger paints are fun too! Haven't tried the crayons yet. I didn't even realize they made those anymore. I remember those from when I was a kid.
