Up until now I've bathed my twins one at a time. Now that they are both sitting really well I want to bathe them together. DH is usually still working when it's bathtime so I'm on my own. Any tips? Thanks:)

Just put them both in there! You will all be used to it in no time. Have everything you need in the bathroom (towels, diapers, pj's). Start the bath, head into the bathroom with them naked, put both in tub, wash one then the other, drain tub, take out one baby and dry, take out 2nd baby and dry, then diaper and pj them :good:

    What Kristi said!

The only thing I can think to add is to get some fun toys! Mine love their bath toys and the tub is filled with them. And prepare to get soaked. Mine never splashed when I bathed them separately, but now, they love to splash!

I don´t bath mine together as DS escapes. I´ve heard of people using a little bath seat so they are secure. I havent got one though... just a thought.

    edited for typos.

What Kristi said as well. They will love bathtime together, mine do, it's the highlight of their day! Add some toys and enjoy watching them!

    PP said it well
I have a bath seat and I would NOT bath them if I didn’t have it (used it w/ older ds 10 years ago)
I get everything ready (towels and walker) the bring them to the baby proofed bathroom dressed start the water and undress them one at a time.. Seth goes in first as he likes to splash the water as it comes in… then Nate… I let them splash around and have a couple bath toys they can play with (I also always have the Bath heater going even if I am sweating) … and I wash them at the same time… like Seth’s hands then Nathans hands, Seth hair then Nate’s hair (not one baby completely washed then the other)… then I take one out (Usually Seth as he has learned to wiggle out of the seat… BUT Nate is the pooper so it all matter the days out take)… I dry the first baby and play peek a boo over the edge of the tub w/ the baby still in the tub (really its my way of watching the baby still in the tub). Then the sry baby goes in the walker to try to open all the baby proofed cabinets and undo toilet paper rolls… and I dry the second baby and out we go to find Daddy to help w/ our last bottle…

HTH i dont think i added much to the post... just thought of a couple things

Thank you ladies! I guess it's really just about being PREPARED and just DOING IT! I have a walker and am going to try that, haven't really used it yet (inherited it from sister...

    Thanks so much!
