I have always bathed our boys together once they learned to sit up. My mom and MIL have always thought that was so hard and couldn't see how in the world I did it, but it was like second nature to me plus it saved alot of time. I was just wondering if any of you never bathed them together but always one at a time?

If I'm alone, one at a time... I guess it depends how your house is set up, for us the main issue is that our only safe spot is out of line of sight of the tub and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving one of the babies alone in the tub even that long, and our bathroom is just too much of an unsafe mess for babies to roam in without supervision (plus it's really tiny anyway).

I only recently started bathing mine together. The whole first year I bathed them seperately b/c I didn't feel comfortable getting them in and out by myself.

I don't see a problem with bathing together.. My mom used to bathe my older brother and I together when we were really young.

I plan to once the girls get stronger at sitting up on their own for sure. It'd be easier that way AND they'll get to play too!

I bathe my boys together when DH is home to take them out. My little guys have a blast in there together! I get drenched! :D

I bathe them together when DH is home too. Otherwise I do it one at a time because they don't mind when I tell one to stay on her towel while I get the other out. :)

We bathe together when we both are there, if it's one of us by ourselves, then it is just one at a time.

8-9 months together with my oldest (3 at the time). I would take everything to the bath room so no reason to leave. On a anti slip mat, no seats. Never had any issues.

I don't have time to bath 3 kids one at a time ...

We did them together until it got too hectic. They LOVE their baths and crawl around and stand up and sit down and crawl around some more. It got to be too much for one of us and it's hard for both of us to be by the tub. So, for now we usually do one at a time until they can be a little less nuts. We did bathe them together the other night and it wasn't too crazy so we may do it more often now.

Same time once they both sat well.

We bathe them at the same time. Usually DH or I bathe them, so there is not two adults bathing at the same time. We just have their clothes, diapers, lotion, in the bathroom and get them dressed right out of the bath. GL!

I bathe them together. We use the Safety First bath seats. I just bring them both in the bathroom. Strip one down and put her in the tub and strip the other down and put them in the tub. When I'm done bathing them and letting them play for a bit, I get one out and take her in the nursery which is right next door to the bathroom. Put her on the floor and run right back and get the other one out. Then I get them lotioned, diapered, and dressed on the floor in the nursery. It works out great and they understand the routine. When DH is home, he does the same routine while I get a break!

I bathed them together once they could sit up. Definitely a time saver!

Yeah if I have room it's what I would do too. But we literally have three square feet between the tub, the sink and the toilet :(

I've always bathed them together. To me it's much easier and it saves a ton of time! They are nearly 3 and still get baths together :)

When DH is home we bathe both at the same time. They really love to splash and play together. When it is just me it's one at a time. They are always trying to stand up which we don't allow and they have no concept of going around objects (like their brother) when they are after something (like a toy in the tub) so they constantly plow over each other.

I have bathed both at the same time before but it was just too hectic. I spent more time trying to get them to sit down and quit attacking one another than I did bathing them.

We started bathing them together when they outgrew the baby bathtub, which was at about 9 months. Until then, it was easier to do them separately in the baby tub than together in the big tub. (I never bathed them by myself at that age, though -- if I had, the big tub would probably have been easier.)
