When you give your LOs a bath in the big tub using baby soap, do you use fresh water to rinse them at the end? I have been using our detachable shower head for a final rinse, but a friend told me that you don't need to rinse seperately since the baby soap basically disappears in so much water. It was easier when they were in a small tub because I could just run fresh water outside of their tub, KWIM? I'm the kind of person who takes a quick shower after a bath myself so I guess I just assumed that would be best...but if I don't have to, it would be much easier to just rinse with a cup from the bath water. What do you do?

I don't really rinse my twins after the tub. I don't use much soap, just a very small amount and it dilutes in the water. I do rinse out my toddler though a) because he can stand while I am doing it, and b) because I use more soap and shampoo to wash him.

I agree with the previous post. I use just a small amount of soap so I really don't need to rinse them with clean water, just the same bath water I used in their tub.

I use a separate jug of fresh water to rinse them because they have pretty bad eczema.

I just use the bath water to rinse them since they don't use a lot of soap.

I would always use a fresh jug of water to rinse them when in the baby bath. I too have a shower if I have a bath lol.

Even now after their bath I get them to stand and I poor warm clean water on them (I dont think DH does though, what I don't know won't hurt lol)
