Bath rings- what one to buy

I think I will be purchasing this soon. I was wondering what kind you have. I saw this one which seems like the most basic but I just came across
this one. Any thoughts and do you like the one you have?

I also saw the kind that has the arm rest for parent picture but I thought it would take up too much room to have two

 

We have the arm rest one and we love it! You can get it at BRU. Its about $20.

 

I have two rings that people handed down to me. One flips down and opens up, and one that you have to slide the baby down into. After trying both together, one at a time, etc. I really have decided that I just prefer bathing them without the rings. It is so much simpler to just plop them in together on a non-slip mat, wash quickly, let them play a little while and that's it. So my advice is to make sure you really think it's worth your while to buy one. I'm glad I didn't pay for the two I've got because they're more of a nuisance than a help, IMO.

 

We had two of the safety 1st ones (the 2nd one you linked) and were very happy with them. You do need to make sure to drain the water out of them after bathtime though! You can make them face eachother in the tub too. Mine loved them!

 

I personally would never use a bath ring, for our girls we used these
then when they became to long for the bath we took the blue part the baby is layout on out and put it in the big bath.

by the time our girls were grew out of them, they were old enough to sit up, we would just keep a very close eye on them.

 

We have the first one (the Aquababy) and love it. I only bathe one baby at a time right now, because they are super-hyper in the tub, flopping and flapping and giggling, and just not quite stable enough to feel comfortable without the added safety of the ring, let alone putting two of them in at once. I never ever leave them unattended, even in the bath ring - very important!

 

we also have 2 aquababy rings..and love them as well..
