Bath mats that stick to rough surfaces?!

Okay, silly question but I have exhausted all of my sources. Our bathtubs will not accept any type of mat/tub/etc that has suction cups due to a grooved surface. Has anyone else ran into this problem? If so, what was your solution? If not, any other ideas? I am about ready to go back to the kids portable tub on the kitchen island so they don't slip and slide and give me a heart attack! :)

With my first, I used a towel in the water under her. With the twins, I didn't even bother. :D

I used the inflatable tub until they were two. It's really a nice tub but I did bathe them individually in it. I don't think it will fit two kids in it at the same time. I really like the towel idea.

I was referred to: www.noslipgatorgrip.com and I did order one. I did try the towel tonight and it did help tremendously although not 100%. I am hoping btwn the two we are covered 100%.

We do have tubs for within the tub but my son keeps getting out and my daughter is petrified of them and it's just well... crazy.

    :)
