    Hey Ladies:

Wondering what you got the most use out of with your twins as I am adding some last touches to my target registry.

The cribs will be in my bedroom (one set up until they get too big and then I will set up the other).

But for the living room what should I get for them to sleep in. After feedings, when people are over, when I want to get out of my bedroom!!!

Is a bassinet the way to go? Although most of them are hideous!!! OR a co-sleeper for the living room? or something else?

We had our twins sleep in a bassinett for the first couple of months and in the morning I just took the bassinett downstairs with me, I didn't put the girls in to their crib until they were at least 2 months old..

Our boys had a bassinet. We used it in our room and it was nice because I could bring it with me where ever I wanted it. They grew out of it quickly but I loved it for the little time we used it. The one we had was cute I think my friend got it from Penny's. It wasn't very big which is probably why they grew out of it so fast. The other great thing we have is their PNP. That works well for the living room (though now they nap in their own cribs) and also when we were on vacation.

Ours looked sort of like this

It had a vibrating feature on it that was a life saver for us but so does our PNP which I guess is a lot like a co-sleeper? I don't have one of those so I'm not sure. The nice thing with the bassinet was I could bring it into the kitchen with me too. The PNP is too big for that at my house.

What about setting up the other crib in the Living room? That is what we have done....

    Good luck!

I used a pack-n-play in the living room. They also spent a lot of time in their bouncers.

We have a pack and play in the living room, so far it works great, we change the babies downstairs more than on their changing table in the nursery. I also suggest getting a cabinet or small shelve or something to store diapers, outfit changes, etc. downstairs if you will be there alot, my mom set us one up this weekend and it's invaluable!
