Bare minerals makeup

I read all the posts on the bare minerals makeup a few weeks back & I've been looking into it. I wanted to see how it turned out for everyone that had recently gotten it. I only use powder & mascara as daily makeup & would be willing to try it if it was as good as they claim. Give me some feedback for all of you who have started to use it, thanks in advance!

 

I love it but it's really expensive and I actually find that I like the Physicians Formula mineral powder.....and you can get it at Wal Mart for like $10

 

I have used it for years, and I always get compliments on my skin . I find that the large container lasts almost a year for me, and I wear make-up just about every single day. I also use the kabuki sifter brush from Sephora with it to cut down on the mess - I love that too! HTH

 

I've used it for about a year now and I'm not much of a makeup person. I love, love, love how easy it is (i've never been able to do liquid foundation). I do recommend buying the multi tasking minerals concealer with the starter kit though for under eye and blemish covering. I wouldn't be happy without that. I don't do the eye shadow thing really just the basics and it's 5-7 minutes tops for concealer, powder, warmth and mineral veil.

 

I have been using it since April 2004 (started using it just before I got remarried) and LOVE IT! I wear it every day. I also use some of the eye shadows as well. I have not tried the mascara....I am still dedicated to my Clinique in that regard. I do use the skin re-ver upper under my Clinique moistureizer. I use the warmth as my blush and cannot go without the mineral veil. It is a great product and does seem to last a long time. I get shipments every 2 months and have extra to spare....you can customize your shipments if needed. I always get compliments on my skin so I think it's doing it's job for me. Good luck!!!

 

I LOVE it!! I have been using it for almost 2 years now and will never go back to regular foundation!!

 

I liked it except for the smell and dust. Am I the only one? The brush kind of aggitated my face, but otherwise I liked the idea of it. It did look good and is light feeling.....the mascara was nice too. It didn't flake like most others I've tried. I would like to try the waterproof now.

I've never noticed a smell to it.
