They both have had small colds for about 1 1/2 weeks now & coughs. But Zoe's cough seems to be a lot worse....the other day she must've coughed so much in her sleep that when she woke up her voice was SOOOO hoarse!

I did call the pedi this morning, just to see if I should give her something for her throat. It doesn't seem bad enough to take them in; no fevers & they're acting just fine. They haven't called back yet (which is unusual, so they must be pretty busy). Anybody give their young ones something to soothe the throat? Juice? Tea?

No help, but if the cough doesn't go away I would take her in.

    Hi Naomi
I just took dd to the er last night and pedi this morning. She had a bad cough and wheezing and they gave her albuteral(sp) to help with both. She and her sister were eating well, sleeping well and had no temp, I would take her in for peace of mind. Maybe there is something they can give her to be more comfortable. Hope she feels better.

Take her to the doc... Neither one of mine have ever run a fever and was smiling at the doc, but both had bronchilitis. Take her.
