Baby Mum-Mums

At our 6 month pedi appt the pedi suggested Baby Mum-Mums as a first finger food. I was hesitant because my girls really weren't picking much up. They love them and they are shaped like a surfboard and very easy for them to hold on to. DH and I actually got to eat a whole meal at a restaurant the other day because of them! They are found in the healthy food section of the grocery store, not the baby section. Don't know if BRUs carries them. Just thought I would let you all know about them because I have never heard of them. I told some moms in my local twin group and they never heard of them either. They are kind of on the expensive side, but totally worth it.

I am glad you found them! I had never heard of them before! There is nothing better then being able to occupy them at a restaurant so you can have a relaxing time and actually eat!

 

They are all over Canada. We love them too! Especially the Organic ones.

 

During one of my alone time dates a few weeks ago [at the grocery store] I came across these. I'd never heard of them before, but thought it would be fun [and good practice] for my girls. They both have two teeth and can chomp on these OR if they choose just let them melt in their mouth ^_^

They've done really well with them so far. I like em too! Teaches them coordination and gives them a little snack/activity to do. We let them share one package every day.

 

My boys love them as well. They have them in the baby section at Walmart here in Alabama.

 

My boys LOVED these things! They sell them in the baby section at Walmart's and I think they are cheapest there too. The best thing about them is they aren't messy (like zweibeck toast or arrowroot cookies). I even let my kids eat them in the family room!

 

Funny I just found these at Walmart too. I was looking for a teething biscuit without corn because one of my girl's is allergic. Even if they are marked Barley or Wheat they still have corn flour. Grrrr... The Baby Mum Mums are just rice. Whooo hoooo

 

They boys love them! They are not too fond of the veggie ones but they eat the plain ones all the time. For less than 2 bucks and they are healthy, I buy 3 at a time! Ditto on the Wal Mart. I feel bad, sometimes, cause I will take the last box and I usually leave 1 of something on the shelf for the next customer.

 

I see a lot of you are just as excited as me about them! They come two in a package, as well! How perfect for our twins.

 

I actually get disappointed when they run out of them. Im pathetic!

This is the sweetest thing ever! I don't think I've EVER thought of this! What a nice thing to do!! I"m glad there are good people out there, to help balance the population of ones like me! hahaha

 

At our grocery they are in the baby aisle. I got them but my girls never really took to them.

 

My kids loved them too! I found them at Walmart.
