1/2 week ago I went from lots of kicking, being woken up in the night & mornings to movement, and general turning feelings to not much movement.

So, what's really different is I've been eating better, more than I've been able to eat the whole pregnancy. I can see it in my belly and I feel it in the fullness after a meal. I feel really bloated and Sleepy!!! My last blood pressure was 90/50 last Thursday at Dr Appt. Had Peri appt on Friday and it was good, good healthy sized girls!!

BUT, I have not experienced that same movement- I sit and wait and feel for some movement and do get a little. But if I had to put a percentage to it I'd say I'm experienceing 1/2 of movement I had before.

I was able to discern between the two, now I am not able. MY mother who is a nurse midwife (retired) said to call into the OB's tommorrow and ask to be seen so I WILL BE DOING THAT.

I have tried Left side (which is getting hard to lay on) and lots of water. I'm thinking maybe a protein shake or something sugary?

I'm glad you'll be calling your doctor tomorrow. Update us with what they say. I know I didn't even feel the babies at 18 weeks, and it was much later until I could tell who was who in there. Trying something sugary can't hurt. Have you tried OJ? That was something my doctor recommended if I wanted to feel extra kicks. ;)

I'd be sure to talk to the ob tomorrow! It could be that the babies have positioned themselves to where your not feeling the kicks and movement.I don't remember movement at 18 weeks but everyone is different.I know as mine got bigger it got harder to feel distinct movements because they were so crowded and sometimes it felt like all that was moving was one of the babies.but they were both there doing well.good luck.keep us posted

I never really felt my little girl come to find out that not only was she breech, but she was facing inward. Both placentas are on top of her too basically, so I never felt anything. I remember going into the doctor's demanding for an ultra sound just to see if she was ok. Now.... (at 32 weeks tomorrow) she kicks just as much as her brother!!! She's still breech & he's transverse... but her kicks hurt now!!!! She's hitting my bladder & pelvic area or uterus or everything down there.... But I still love it!!!!! :D

Hopefully you are in the same situation that I had that it's just the position!!!! Good Luck!

I just asked my doc about this the other day, he said, not to worry until 32 weeks. Up until then it is completely normal to feel them a lot then not at all.
